Shoppe Policies


I know you are probably excited to get your order, so I am diligent about processing quickly.   Orders sometimes ship the next business day, but can take up to 5 business days.  If I am on vacation, I will put a notification about that on the top of the home page, so you can't miss it.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.  Those with expedited shipping are given priority.


Custom Orders

Custom orders usually take about 3 weeks to process, but can take less or more time.  

No returns.


  Orders are shipped via USPS from zip code 40601.  You can use this information with your own zip code to get a shipping time estimate.   I cannot guarantee shipping speed, because I have no control over it, so if you need your order by a certain date, please order in time and/or upgrade shipping if you are concerned.  Most orders in the continental US will arrive in less than a week from the ship date. 

International Orders

Customs fees:  If you are ordering from outside the US, please be aware of your country's customs policies.  Some countries charge fees for ordering internationally and expect you to communicate with your local post office about your expected shipment from the US.  I do not collect VAT; if your country requires that packages arrive with VAT paid, they will return your order to me, and although I will refund the cost of your order, I will not refund your shipping costs.  I am a one-woman shoppe and cannot possibly keep up with the rules for every country, so inform yourself before placing an order.

Shipping time:  International orders expectedly take longer to arrive.  Please plan accordingly.  There is absolutely nothing I can do to make it go faster.  Please understand and communicate with your local carrier about it once tracking shows that it has left the US.


I want you to love your handmade bag purchase!  If for some reason you don't, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right.  If you want to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of purchase date.  Item must be returned in new condition and in original packaging.  Because I offer free shipping, return shipping is on you.  Contact me  to make arrangements for an exchange or return. For exchanges, your return product must be received and approved for exchange before the new one is sent to you. 

Orders rarely get damaged during shipping.  However, if you do experience this misfortune, please photograph the package and product damage for claims with the postal service.  If you need to make a "damaged during shipping" claim, click here for instructions.  



You can be sure that Willamina's will NEVER abuse your privacy.  Your information will not be shared.  I will only contact you about your order, unless you subscribed to emails.  I do not ever see your payment information; that gets processed securely through whichever payment option you choose to pay with,
